Pegasy Group (Apartment | Hotel | F&B | Spa | Travel) is expanding its portfolio with a new hotel & serviced apartment project in Tay Ho, Hanoi. We are seeking passionate and experienced hospitality professionals to join our pre-opening team.

Staff benefits include meal allowance and accommodation support (subject to position) + 14th month Salary reward

1. Operation Manager (Hotel/Residence)

Location: Xuan Dieu/To Ngoc Van, Tay Ho, Hanoi
Vacancies: 02

Requirements:

• Minimum experience in equivalent position at 3-star hotel or above

• Age: 28–50

• Strong leadership and operational management skills

• Fluent English communication

• Proficient in MS Office

Salary & Benefits:

• Negotiable based on experience and qualifications

• Performance bonuses & commission scheme

• Total income potential: VND 30–50 million/month

2. Housekeeping Department

Location: Xuan Dieu / To Ngoc Van, Tay Ho
Vacancies: 03 (Supervisor / Head / Deputy positions available)

Requirements:

• Experience preferred

• Age: 20–50

• Hardworking, responsible, team-oriented

Salary:

• VND 7–13 million (negotiable)

• Minimum guaranteed income from VND 8 million

• 1 day off per week

Shifts:

• Morning: 07:00–15:00 or 08:00–16:00

• Mid: 11:00–19:00

• Afternoon: 14:00–22:00

3. Sales & Marketing Department

Sales Manager (TA / Corporate)

Vacancies: 02

• Minimum 1 year experience in similar role

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Negotiable salary + company benefits

• Working hours: 08:00–17:00 (Remote option available)

Sales Coordinator (Rooms / Restaurant / Spa)

Vacancies: Unlimited (Freelance/Collaborators welcome)

4. Front Office Department

 FO Supervisor

Vacancies: 02

• Minimum 2 years FO experience at 3-star hotel or above

• Strong leadership & guest service skills

• Salary: VND 8–15 million (negotiable)

• Shift-based schedule

Receptionists

Vacancies: 02

• Customer-focused and responsible

• Base salary: VND 7 million + service commission

• Guaranteed income from VND 8 million and above

• Rotational shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Night)

Bellman

Vacancies: 02

• Energetic and service-oriented

• Base salary: VND 6 million + service commission

• 1 day off per week + company benefits

• Rotational shifts

5. Spa Manager / Spa Therapist

Vacancies: 02

• Experience preferred

• Salary: VND 7–12 million (negotiable) + service commission

• 1 day off per week + benefits

6. Engineering Technician

Vacancies: 01

• Minimum 6 months experience

• Salary: From VND 10 million + service commission

• 1 day off per week + benefits

7. Internal Accountant

Vacancies: 02

• No experience required (Professional training provided)

• Salary: Negotiable + service commission

• 1 day off per week + benefits
